1. reread fools crow (this book is amazing)

2. read blood meridian (mccarthy is one of my favorite authors so i'm very excited to read this!)

3. finish the order of the phoenix (i'm in the process of rereading the series)

4. sleep (always good)

5. make a trip to the desert or the caverns

6. watch as much tv as possible (walking dead or game of thrones?)

7. sleeeeeep (?)

8. sell soul to see tom petty live

it is so very much alive. 

i have "discovered" a band called grouper (aka: liz harris) and i cannot express how much i love their sound. it's like listening to the most beautiful voice singing to you underwater as you sink down to the deepest fathoms of the ocean...and the reverb and the echoes and the pressure just consume you completely...it's gorgeous.

i'm hoping ben affleck and rachel mcadams will pleasantly surprise me because 1. i haven't seen 'argo' yet so i don't know if he's redeemed himself and 2. let's face it, rachel mcadams is a terrible actress (or at least she's been cast in some pretty terrible movies)
