hot dreams

i don't think i've talked about timber timbre before! well let me take you down the rabbit hole. they're really good. they're a little folk group from the cold plains of canada but they sound like they eat coyote and alligator everyday. it's very muggy, heavy and swampy with deep blues and bluegrass influences. creep on creepin' on, medicinals and their self-titled timber timbre are excellent examples of their creaky, wooden rocking chair kind of sound.

here's a few that follow that mold.

now on to hot dreams. set to be released april fools day this year and i have a feeling it's going to be very different from their previous work. i'm really excited! i just hope the rest of the album will be just as smooth and lusty as the single. because there's nothing i love more than the 70s and these guys nailed it. but i'll stop there.

check out hot dreams.
